PulsePe shall not be responsible for payment issues arising solely from incorrect biller details, consumer numbers, account numbers, mobile numbers, or other information entered by the customer, subject to applicable law and the applicable dispute/refund framework.

12. Children's Privacy

Our BBPS services are intended for persons who are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances where such collection is not permitted, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.

13. Data Security Incidents

In the event of a data security incident, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, mitigate, and remediate the incident and make notifications to affected parties or authorities where required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.
